• Using multiple devices with the same subscription may result in automatic suspension.

• Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or third-party service updates.

Please note that some buffering or freezing may occur depending on your internet speed or server load — this is normal with IPTV streaming services.

2. Reseller Panel Terms

Cosmott provides reseller accounts and credits for qualified users. Resellers are responsible for managing their own customers and ensuring compliance with Cosmott’s service standards. We do not offer technical support for reseller’s end customers.

3. Refund Policy

We aim to deliver exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Cosmott offers a transparent refund policy:

• A full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the service is unsatisfactory.
• Partial refunds may be considered based on the amount of time used.
• No refunds are issued for service interruptions, device incompatibility, or user error.
• Refunds are not available for reseller credit packages.

4. Payments
